Connecting for Better Health hopes everyone who registers for the Annual Dinner will be able to attend; however, C4BH knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The C4BH Cancellation & Refund Policies are as follows:
Registration Cancellation and Changes
Dinner registration may be cancelled with full refund provided written notification is received any time up until Friday, February 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM.
A 50% refund is available for conference registration provided written notification is received between February 22 and March 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM.
No refunds will be granted beginning March 3, 2025.
Dinner registration may be transferred to another individual with no penalty.
